Procedures for presenting the Projected Repatriation Schedule of Principal
- Non-resident Foreigner (NRF) downloads Registration Template for Projected Repatriation Schedule of Principal (PRSP) from the Central Bank of Myanmar website (www.cbm.gov.mm);
- NRF fills in Part A and sends to a Securities Company;
- The Securities Company conducts KYC/ CDD and endorses in Part B;
- The Securities Company sends PRSP to an AD bank;
- The AD Bank conducts KYC/ CDD and endorses in Part B.
- The AD bank submits the registration template for PRSP with forwarding letter to the Central Bank of Myanmar, Foreign Exchange Management Department (email – [email protected]);
- The Central Bank of Myanmar, Foreign Exchange Management Department will reply to NRF and AD Bank whether the PRSP is approved or disapproved;
- The minimum investment period shall be at least 1 year.
